Job Summary
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Farmington, New Mexico, at a regional healthcare facility serving the Four Corners area. The role involves providing specialized care to adult patients in a Level III trauma center with state-of-the-art facilities. The position offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant community surrounded by outdoor recreational activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality critical care services.
Job Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week guaranteed
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association, two years of relevant experience, located in or willing to work in New Mexico
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult critical care, familiarity with electronic health records (Cerner)
- Float: Float rotation may be required to other inpatient nursing units
- Additional Information: The facility features 14 ICU beds with patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2. Equipment includes electronic health records. The unit handles a range of adult diagnoses and treatments.
