✨ ASSIGNMENT HIGHLIGHTS

• 🏥 Outpatient + some Inpatient PT services
• 🌞 Consistent daytime schedule
• 💯 36 guaranteed hours/week
• 🩺 Evaluate patients, develop plans of care & provide treatment
• 🌊 Potential aquatic therapy depending on treatment needs
• 🔄 Contractor replacement position

🩺 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Bachelor’s Degree minimum in Physical Therapy
✅ New Mexico PT License
✅ Temporary/provisional license accepted, but permanent license must be obtained within 6 months of hire
⭐ 1+ year PT experience preferred

📜 REQUIRED CERTIFICATION
✅ AHA BLS — must be obtained within 90 days of hire

🌊 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
If aquatic therapy is part of the clinician’s responsibilities:
✅ Must pass the Rehab Department Aquatic Competency Test within 90 days of hire
