Job Summary:
The Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMT) located in Philadelphia is seeking qualified healthcare professionals for a day shift position. This role involves providing specialized care within the bone marrow transplant specialty, supporting patient treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); valid licensure in Pennsylvania; entry-level experience of at least 1 year in a clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Bone Marrow Transplant or Hematology/Oncology unit; familiarity with SOPs and HCF policies
Additional Information: This position involves direct patient care in a specialized hematology environment, adhering to established clinical protocols and safety procedures. Candidates should have strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage complex patient cases.
