Job Summary
Baltimore, Maryland The organization seeks a qualified Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cardiac Cath Lab) professional for a full-time position. The role involves performing procedures in a fast-paced environment, with shifts scheduled during daytime hours. Candidates with prior experience in a cardiac catheterization lab and current certifications are preferred to ensure effective patient care and operational efficiency.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Two or more years of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency, and valid certifications.
- HCP Experience: Previous employment experience with any Johns Hopkins health system facility (including staff, PRN, or travel roles). Candidates must have been away for at least one full year if returning as travelers. These details must be noted in the work history for verification.
- Additional Information: Response time for on-call duties is 30 minutes from initiation of call to arrival. On-call pay is $4.00/hour. On-call requirements include one weekend every four weeks, with schedule rotations including holidays on a rotation basis. Candidate must be prepared to work on-call as specified.
