• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Tennessee nursing license or compact license on file at the time of submission, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience, prior travel experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting float assignments within multiple medical-surgical units, familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record system, Navy scrubs preferred.
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled on 08/10, 08/17, and 08/24. Candidates will be expected to float within five medical-surgical units and to the emergency department as needed. Ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6. The unit manages its own schedule, and the environment involves working with adult patients (18+). The organization will conduct interviews and extend offers through the recruiter or manager.
