Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care in Sun City, Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill patients in a hospital setting. The position requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid RN license from a compact state. BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to critical care is also preferred.
• Additional Information: This position involves direct patient care in a clinical environment, requiring physical agility, appropriate reaction time, and effective communication skills. Candidates must be able to respond quickly to patient care needs and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
