Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart specialization position is located in Miami, Florida. The role involves providing skilled surgical assistance within a cardiovascular operating room setting. The position requires working a day shift with scheduled on-call duties, supporting a team performing advanced cardiac and thoracic procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with on-call responsibilities involving two weekends per month and two weekdays (Wednesdays and Thursdays) each week, covering multiple hospital sites.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience, Surg Tech certification, and relevant certifications such as ACLS and BLS.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a specialty surgical unit performing procedures such as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts (CABGs), Aortic Valve Replacements (AVR), Mitral Valve Replacements (MVR), thoracotomies, ECMO, pacemaker insertions, tracheostomies, and Maze procedures. Candidates must be adaptable to coverage across three hospitals and adhere to dress code requirements with scrubs provided.
