Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a facility located in Massachusetts. This inpatient psychiatric unit position involves rotating day and evening shifts, with a focus on providing compassionate mental health care. Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting 08/11/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, 0+ years of experience in psychiatric nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) certification, ability to work in the United States, strong communication, and patient care skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in inpatient psychiatric settings, additional certifications related to mental health nursing, and familiarity with hospital procedures and policies
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety, advocating for patients, documenting clinical interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The position requires active participation in departmental meetings and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
