Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse in El Paso, Texas. This position involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients within the operating room setting. The RN will also supervise staff delegating appropriate care and collaborating with the clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care on a daily basis.

Job Details:

• Location: El Paso, Texas
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of relevant OR nursing experience, educational background in nursing, and ability to meet facility onboarding and credentialing requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a surgical or operating room environment, certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR), and familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, preparing the operating environment, supporting surgical teams, and adhering to hospital policies to ensure patient safety. The role requires supervision of clinical staff, compliance with SOPs, and support of the facility CNO to uphold nursing standards and resource management.
