Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cardiac Cath Lab) Nurse position located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This role involves working in the Cath Lab, Pre-Procedure/Recovery Area, as well as Nuclear Stress testing. The position is scheduled for daytime hours, with a flexible work schedule that requires call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift; 10 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, 0+ years of experience in a Cath Lab environment, experience in Procedural Sedation, knowledge of Hemodynamic Monitoring, proficiency in documenting in McKesson, and experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures including electrophysiology, transesophageal echocardiograms, cardioversions, and nuclear stress testing. Ability to perform STEMI call immediately.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care or Emergency Department experience, CCRN certification.
• Additional Information: The position requires passing a pass/fail electrocardiogram (ECG) and medications test administered via Zoom prior to assignment. COVID-19 vaccination and booster are required, with medical exemptions accepted. Flu vaccination is also required, with exemptions allowed. Orientation sessions are held biweekly on 12/02, 12/16, and 12/30. Candidates must provide available dates and times for interview at the time of submission.
• Travel Requirements: No travel required; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Other Notes: No local travelers accepted if they have worked within 6 months for the previous or current employer.
