Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in the southeastern region of Washington. This role involves providing patient care in a Medical ICU setting, managing sepsis, respiratory conditions, and some cardiac and trauma cases. The position offers a challenging and rewarding environment for experienced nurses who thrive in team-oriented settings.

Job Details:

Schedule: Shift time is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), valid license to practice as an RN, at least 1 year of clinical experience in an ICU setting, and residency in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Medical ICU, certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
Unit Information: The ICU consists of 14 beds, with typical patient ratios of 1 nurse to 2 patients. Equipment available includes Impella Assist Device (occasionally), and electronic health records are managed via Paragon.
Patient Population: Care for patients presenting with sepsis, respiratory issues, some cardiac cases, and trauma.
Employment Details: Position is a contractor replacement, starting on 08/03/2026, with work hours totaling 12 hours per shift.
