Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Burlington, Massachusetts. This position involves providing urgent care to patients experiencing medical emergencies and trauma cases in a state-of-the-art emergency department. The nurse will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established clinical protocols and standards.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Nights
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and 2 holiday shifts are required
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), Massachusetts license, minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency or trauma nursing, experience with Level 1 trauma centers, and proficiency with EPIC electronic charting required
• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, MA license, minimum of 2 years experience, Level 1 trauma experience
• Preferred Qualifications: EPIC experience
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Excessive time off, especially around the holidays, will not be considered. Candidates must be separated from BILH for 6 months to be considered. The emergency department features 44 beds, a new imaging suite, pharmacy, behavioral health suite, private treatment rooms, family waiting area, and a family consultation room. Experience in a Level 1 trauma center is mandatory.
