Job Summary:
The emergency room nurse position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves providing patient care in a Level 1 Trauma Adult Emergency Department during day shifts, with an emphasis on trauma and critical care. Job Details:

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Shift: Day shift from 07:00 to 19:30, with a schedule of 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA); current nursing license; no minimum years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing and trauma care is advantageous
• Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, implement and monitor patient care plans, assess and coordinate discharge planning, serve as a primary coordinator for patient care, document patient conditions, and follow physician and nursing orders
• Additional Information: The position requires providing care in a Level 1 Trauma Adult Emergency Room, with dedication to high-quality patient outcomes
