Job Summary:
An outpatient infusion nurse specializing in infusion therapy is needed in Salinas, California. This role involves providing specialized chemotherapy, hydration, and infusion treatments to adult patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. The nurse will work under the supervision of the healthcare provider to deliver safe and effective care aligned with departmental policies and the Nurse Practice Act. The position requires a focus on patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 08/03/2026.
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license, current BLS/AHA certification, Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification from the Oncology Nursing Society, outpatient chemotherapy/infusion experience. Minimum of six (6) to twelve (12) months of Epic electronic health record experience within the past year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), over one (1) year of clinical RN experience in specialty areas, outpatient infusion experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be proficient in outpatient chemotherapy and infusion procedures, with strong patient assessment and care planning skills. Floating within similar departments or clusters is highly desirable. Applicants will be asked clinical oncology/infusion related questions during screening.
