Job Summary:
A Medical Professional specializing in outpatient clinic care is needed in Edmonds, WA. The role involves providing high-quality nursing services in a primary care and obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) clinic environment. The position is ideal for candidates experienced in outpatient settings with skills in phone triage and in-clinic procedures, supporting a team of healthcare providers across pediatric, obstetric, and adult patient populations.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days, 4x10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 0730-1800, with flexibility to cover on Monday if needed. Start date: 08/17/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) in Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM); active RN license; minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience, including labor and delivery and triage experience; proficiency in patient assessment, interpretation of laboratory results, vital signs, pain assessment, and use of external fetal heart monitoring.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong patient engagement skills, particularly in patient education around lifestyle and medication adherence; team collaboration experience in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Additional Information: Nurses will perform assessments including height and weight, vital signs, laboratory result interpretation, and patient history collection. Responsibilities also involve telephone triage, medication administration (intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous), and use of electronic fetal monitoring equipment. Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is required.
