Job Summary:
Dialysis Unit Registered Nurse opportunity located in CASA GRANDE, AZ. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The RN will utilize professional nursing standards and knowledge to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, with BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. No previous experience required, but experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Additional related education and/or experience are desirable.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for addressing the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of dialysis patients. Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing and revising care plans, direct patient care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The role also involves documentation, patient education, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
