Description
Description=9 month contract
Schedule: 4x10s with option for call (depending on skill level).
3 Saturdays worked in a six week schedule period and 1 Sunday call in a six week period required. Call is 4pm-5am and Sundays 24 hours. No floating required.
Experience Requirements
1. Two years hemodialysis required
2. Pediatric experience preferred
Education Requirements
1. Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree
Required Additional Requirements 1. Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date - Required 2. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date - required
