Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures across various specialties, including Orthopedic, General, Neuro, Vascular, and Urology. The role requires experienced OR nurses to support a busy surgical unit with a focus on safety, efficiency, and clinical excellence.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience in Orthopedic, General, Neuro, Vascular, and Urology surgeries; minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience; current state or compact license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Davinci Robots, endovascular procedures, and eye surgeries.
- Additional Requirements: Must have at least 1.5 years of travel experience.
- Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive perioperative care, ensuring patient safety, and assisting surgical teams during procedures.
- Certifications: BLS required.
- Submission Requirements: All licenses and compliance documents must be current, with onboarding core items and labs completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
