Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in Worcester, MA. This role involves providing direct clinical care on a dedicated ICU unit, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, implementation, and supervision of clinical staff. The position requires working night shifts and supporting the facilitys commitment to high-quality, safe patient care.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), valid license to practice in Massachusetts, no minimum experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in intensive care nursing preferred
• Additional Information: The role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting the facility's clinical objectives. Nurses will be required to follow facility onboarding procedures, including parking and entry details. The position involves participating in or responding to call rotations during the week, with scheduled first and second call shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., as well as weekend coverage every other month.
