Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves providing direct clinical care to ICU patients, supervising staff, and supporting the facility's chief nursing officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and clinical standards, with a focus on patient outcomes and team collaboration.

Job Details:

  • Position: ICU Registered Nurse
  • Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
  • Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Start Date: 07/28/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Education background in Nursing; Experience in Intensive Care Unit or critical care settings; able to meet location requirements; 1+ year of ICU experience or equivalent clinical experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ICU protocols and procedures; strong clinical assessment skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Additional Information: This is not a trauma hospital and requires secure parking with entry on the north side, crossing to the south side, and elevator access to the first floor. Shift rotations include 8, 10, and 12-hour schedules. The OR has dedicated scrubs for travelers, and call rotation includes one first call and one second call shift per month, as well as every other weekend day. The ICU RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, supervising staff, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.
