Job Summary:
Dialysis Nurse in Vermont. This outpatient dialysis position involves working at a facility with a Level 1 trauma designation and a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:9. The role requires flexibility, with rotating shifts and the potential to work every other Saturday, supporting a chronic outpatient dialysis program operating Monday through Saturday. The schedule includes a mix of 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, totaling at least 36 hours per week.

- Required Qualifications: Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) or equivalent, valid state RN license, EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years, and at least 1 year of dialysis nursing experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient dialysis settings, familiarity with chronic dialysis procedures, and ability to work flexible hours including every other Saturday.
- Additional Information: This outpatient dialysis center operates Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. The applicant must have reliable transportation, including all-season or snow tires during the winter months (November April). All employment gaps over 30 days must be explained and work history information must be complete to submit.
