Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse in Ukiah, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift with a start time of 07:30 am, ending at 06:00 pm, totaling 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; ONC/ONCC-CHIM certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Hospital or physician's office experience.
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment findings to determine diagnoses, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Provides education to patients and team members, assists with surgical procedures, delegates duties appropriately, and participates in discharge planning.
• Additional Information: The nurse will provide care in a clinical environment, supporting patient recovery and well-being through direct care and team collaboration.
