Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in Lake Havasu City. This role involves supporting surgical procedures within a community hospital setting that is Joint Commission accredited and has a 171-bed capacity. The position offers an opportunity to work in a facility known for its specialty in various surgical disciplines and advanced robotics, providing an engaging clinical environment in a scenic and recreationally rich area.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift from 06:30 AM to 02:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 1-2 years of clinical experience, and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic surgery or specific OR specialties is a plus.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within a 25-mile radius of the facility.
• Additional Information: The OR team handles a diverse case load, including total joint replacements (knees, hips, shoulders), neurosurgery, spine, robotics, OB/GYN, urology, general surgery, and plastics. The unit uses XI DaVinci robotic systems and employs Meditech electronic health records. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with a patient population primarily comprising adults undergoing orthopedic, neuro, and robotic procedures. The role involves participation in call coverage, including weekend procedures, with occasional forays into weekend case work such as XLIF surgeries and fracture repairs.
