Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves assessing, developing, and implementing nursing care plans for patients in a specialized clinical environment. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting, with a minimum of one year working as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area within the past 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; professional certification relevant to the specialty.
Additional Information: The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, coordinate patient care, provide direct clinical interventions, and document all nursing activities appropriately.
