Job Summary:
Psychiatric Nurse, Saint Helena This position involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients within behavioral health units. Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or TEAM-A, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Experience: 2 years or more of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health units
• Department: Psychiatric Unit Adult Psychiatric, with units including mental health and behavioral health care. Positions may involve working with adult and behavioral health patients, including managing patient ratios of 1:5 in mental health units and 1:6 in mental health units with 21 beds.
• Responsibilities include collecting pertinent patient data, analyzing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, delegating duties, collaborating with healthcare teams, and participating in discharge planning.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and meet all licensure and certification requirements.
