Description
Job Summary:
A Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Powell, Tennessee. This role involves providing care in a specialized hospital department focused on patients transitioning from acute care to less intensive treatments. The RN will work on days shifts, delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced environment within a reputable healthcare organization.
Job Details:
- Position: Step Down Unit RN
- Location: Powell, Tennessee
- Schedule: Days shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, ability to read and understand ER/trainee modules, 1 year of RN experience, and the candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience in similar settings is preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves maintaining patient ratios around 5 to 1. Scrub color is Royal Blue, with or without a white, royal blue, or black t-shirt under the scrub top. All travelers must include a complete home address on their submission; SSN should only be included on the tax tab of the candidates page, not in the submission or email.
