Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Dialysis Unit at a healthcare facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and providing direct patient care within the dialysis unit. Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS certification is required; experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired; clinical performance competencies must be maintained as demonstrated through annual validations.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred; professional certification is preferred.
