Job Summary:
Dialysis Unit Nurse Practitioner in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves floating to eight hospitals in the north and south pods, providing dialysis acute care across multiple facilities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure, certification in dialysis or nephrology, 2 years dialysis acute care experience, location must be in Tennessee
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience floating across multiple hospitals, strong clinical skills in dialysis procedures, excellent patient communication skills
• Additional Information: The position requires the ability to float between eight hospitals (north and south pod). The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability and a collaborative approach to patient care. Clinical responsibilities include managing dialysis treatments, troubleshooting equipment, and adhering to facility protocols.
