Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) position in Nashville, Tennessee. Job Details

• Location: 2300 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS and BLS; strong critical care experience including CVICU experience; skills with PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; education requirements met by relevant certifications or degrees; location in or near Nashville, Tennessee
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT; familiarity with procedures such as central line insertion, swan insertion, and intubations on unit; prior experience in post-operative cardiac surgery care, including ECMO, Centrimags, and LVADS
• Floating: Float rotation may be required, typically to other ICU units but may include other floors
• Additional Information: The unit specializes in post-operative cardiac care with a high volume of advanced surgeries facilitated by five full-time surgeons. The team benefits from new equipment and technology, including Phillips bedside telemetry monitors, Hill-Rom beds, and Alaris IV pumps. The unit maintains a reputation for excellence, evidenced by awards such as the Daisy Award and the HCA Unit of Distinction Award.
