Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) at an urgent care location in Olympia, Washington. The position involves providing high-quality critical care for adult patients in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on patient safety and effective clinical intervention. The role offers flexible start times and a schedule designed for dedicated healthcare professionals committed to excellence in acute care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Shift time is during the day, with a shift duration of 8 hours. Minimum hours per week are 40.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington RN license and/or compact license, active BLS certification, one year of experience in ICU or related specialty, located in or willing to work in Olympia, WA.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This position is based at an advance urgent care location with variable start times of 9AM, 10AM, or 11AM. Shifts are 12 hours with a minimum of 40 hours weekly. Candidates must be adaptable to the workflow of a specialty urgent care environment and demonstrate strong clinical skills in adult critical care.
