Description
Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an 18-bed adult medical, surgical, abdominal/lung transplant, and trauma intensive care unit. The schedule features a rotating day and night shift pattern, with a 50/50 split, working 36 hours per week on an alternating schedule.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 2+ years of recent acute care inpatient experience or current ICU experience; 1+ years of travel experience; certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); valid nursing license; located in or willing to work in Massachusetts.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult critically ill patient populations; strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Additional Information: The ICU unit cares for some of the highest complex critically ill patients, requiring a compassionate and highly skilled team committed to safety and quality care.
