Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position located in Concord, California. The role involves providing patient care in a Level II trauma, non-teaching community hospital with over 350 beds. The RN will work on a rotating D/E shift schedule, covering multiple start times to meet patient care needs.
Job Details:
- Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 08/25/2026
- Travel Required: No

- Minimum Experience: 0 years
- Qualifications: Valid California licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); 2+ years of experience preferred, prior travel experience preferred.
- Schedule: Rotating D/E shifts with weekend rotations, typically every other weekend.
- EMR Electronic Medical Record System: Epic is preferred, experience with Epic is advantageous.
- Scrub Code: Any color scrubs, detailed info provided on the first day.
Additional Information:
The RN will provide care to a diverse patient population, including trauma and pediatric cases, with ratios depending on patient acuity and census as mandated by the state of California. The facility is a non-teaching community hospital with a significant volume of patient visits annually.
