Job Summary
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Professional position is located in Cambridge. This role involves providing critical care services within a hospital environment, supporting patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention. The position supports a rotating shift schedule, including days and nights, based on operational needs.
Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, days/nights as needed, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications; minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar ICU setting; must be separated from the organization for at least 6 months; eligibility to work in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in ICU or critical care units preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required, but float is not explicitly required for this role.
- Additional Information: This position requires EPIC electronic medical record system proficiency. Staff will be expected to float between ICU and intermediate care units as operationally needed. Orientation is conducted weekly, and any color scrubs are acceptable.
