Job Summary
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nursing in the area starting from September 21, 2026. This role involves providing specialized critical care to patients in intensive care, with a focus on cardiac surgery and device management such as intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and Impella. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of working rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association) required.
- Education and Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar ICU setting, with specific experience in cardiac surgery and device management such as IABP and Impella.
- Location Requirements: Must be separated from the organization for 6+ months to be considered.
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, with a rotating schedule. The minimum commitment is 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive ICU patient care, assist with cardiac surgery cases, monitor devices like IABP and Impella, and float between ICU and Intermediate Care Units as needed.
- Additional Information: Orientation occurs weekly, and any color scrubs are acceptable. BILH coversheet is required at time of submission.
