Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse located in the area. This assignment involves providing high-quality critical care in a specialized ICU setting. The role requires adaptability to float between ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and adherence to hospital protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications; minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar critical care setting; must have prior experience with cardiothoracic surgery and devices such as intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and Impella; must have been separated from the health care provider for at least 6 months; EPIC electronic medical record proficiency; must be able to wear any color scrubs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IABP and Impella devices; experience working in ICU environments involving cardiothoracic surgery patients.
• Additional Information: This position involves working through winter holidays with a requirement to cover two holidays if working during that period. Orientation will be conducted weekly. The candidate will need to float between ICU and IMCU as needed. Certifications must be current and applicable to high-acuity pediatric or adult care settings.
