Job Summary
A Surgical Technologist (Specialty: ORT) position is available in Helena, Montana. The role involves assisting with elective and emergent surgeries, primarily in orthopedic, gynecologic, robotic, urology, general, ENT, and spine procedures. This position requires a team-oriented, motivated professional capable of handling heavy total joint and orthopedic cases, adhering to standard surgical protocols.

Job Details

• Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts
• Schedule: 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/16/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST preferred), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum 2 years of experience, prior travel experience, proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic), and heavy orthopedic surgical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: CST certification and additional orthopedic or surgical specialization.
• Additional Information:
  • Call required: 5 to 6 twelve-hour call shifts within a six-week period.
  • Must be a team player, motivated to stay on task, and willing to assist as needed.

  • 200-mile radius rule applies; all requests for time off or schedule adjustments must be included at submission, as approvals will not be made post-submission.
  • Facility provides scrubs.
