Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse specialized in Mother/Baby Couplet Care in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and their newborns. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in alignment with organizational standards and professional nursing practice.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification are preferred. Additional related education and/or experience are considered an advantage.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in a Mother/Baby setting, including assessment, education, and discharge planning for postpartum women and newborns. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and participate in quality improvement activities. The position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.
