Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse role is based in Riverside, California. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods in a high-volume setting. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of managing high-risk pregnancies and supporting patients through childbirth.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; valid Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP).
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; five (5) or more years of recent experience (within the last two years) in Labor and Delivery; one (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years; high-risk obstetrics experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate proficiency in skills relevant to labor and delivery nursing, including managing high-risk cases. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
