• Required Qualifications: Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 0 years of experience with relevant OR skills; must meet all hospital-specific certification and licensing requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced surgical equipment, such as Davinci Xi, Mazor, Cori, and Velys robots; familiarity with Meditech documentation system; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Unit Specifics: About 400+ beds, 11 operating rooms; supportive staffing with unit secretaries and tech availability; procedures performed include all services except Ophthalmology and Bariatric.
• Equipment and Policies: Use of modern surgical robots and imaging equipment; adherence to unit policies and guidelines; uniform required: blue scrubs.
• Additional Information: The hospital is a Level 1 trauma and Level 2 pediatric trauma center, recognized for excellence in stroke, sepsis, knee and hip replacement care, and cardiac and neurosurgery programs.
