Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Craig, Colorado. This position involves coordinating and implementing individualized patient care plans within a fast-paced emergency environment. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality outcomes, ensuring effective communication, patient education, and adherence to professional standards.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire); two (2) years of hospital nursing experience; one (1) year of Emergency Department (ED) or Critical Care Nursing experience; successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), STABLE, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications; Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Additional Information: The role requires adherence to infection control, safety, and risk management procedures. The nurse will participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Punctuality, professionalism, and effective communication are essential.
