Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Apple Valley, California. This position involves providing patient care in a busy surgical setting, with a focus on supporting a variety of complex procedures. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to work nights, ensuring surgical teams operate efficiently and safely.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/25/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California license, minimum of 0 years of experience in an operating room setting, ACLS and BLS certifications preferred, familiarity with Epic charting system is a plus.
• Specialized Skills: Experience with a broad spectrum of surgical procedures including ENT, General surgery, Orthopedic, Urology, Vascular, Robotics (Da Vinci Xi), and specialties related to plastics, gynecology, and spine is highly preferred.
• Experience: 2 years of surgical or OR experience is required; candidates with 3 years or more are preferred.
• Additional Information: Must be willing to float between main operating room and outpatient surgery center. Certification in ACLS and BLS are recommended. RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included at time of submission. Refresher Fire Card within the last 30 days and two references covering at least one year of employment are required prior to the start date. The facility expects candidates to work at least every other weekend and participate in holiday call coverage.
• Certifications Needed: ACLS (highly preferred), BLS.
• Float: Float rotation may be required between main OR and outpatient surgery center.
• Start Date: 08/25/2026.
