Job Summary
Certified Operating Room Technician located in Denver, Colorado. This role involves supporting sterile processing activities within an acute care setting. The position necessitates adherence to facility protocols and provides an opportunity to contribute to surgical preparedness and safety.

Job Details

• Schedule: Evenings shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Required Qualifications: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification through HSPA, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, with at least 2 years of experience in sterile processing or operating room support.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Steris sterilization systems, Medivator Vpro, and decontamination, sterilization, and assembly (HLD) duties preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to support decontamination, sterilization, and assembly of surgical instruments. Familiarity with the facility's electronic charting system (EPIC) is preferred. No floating outside of the unit is expected; uniform is provided. Orientation includes 1-2 preceptor shifts during the first week.
