Job Summary:
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts. This position involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to psychiatric patients on a per-shift basis within a psychiatric unit. The role includes supervising staff responsible for patient care and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing services.

Job Details:

• Location: 67 Union Street, Natick, MA 01760
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in psychiatric nursing, valid nursing license, current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 0.0 years of experience, Massachusetts residency or work authorization, and relevant nursing education.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in psychiatric or mental health settings, prior supervisory experience, additional certifications such as CPI or TNCC.
• Additional Information: The Psychiatric Registered Nurse will be responsible for clinical assessments, patient care, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with facility standards and safety protocols.
