Job Summary:
Psychiatric Registered Nurse position in the psychiatric unit located in Natick, Massachusetts. This clinical role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct patient care primarily during daytime shifts. The nurse will oversee staff delegated with appropriate patient care responsibilities and support the facility's chief nursing officer in maintaining high standards of safety, care quality, and resource management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in psychiatric nursing or relevant licensure, completed degree in nursing, Massachusetts state nursing license, and at least one year of nursing experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient supervision and familiarity with mental health care protocols.
• Additional Information: The Psychiatric Registered Nurse will be responsible for clinical assessment and intervention with patients on a per-shift basis, supervising staff where appropriate, and supporting operational objectives related to patient care quality and safety.
