Job Summary:
The healthcare professional role is based in Hood River, Oregon, within a Medical Surgical with Telemetry unit. This position involves interpreting and managing telemetry, with responsibilities spanning both medical-surgical care and telemetry oversight. Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS, one year of recent clinical experience in a similar setting, proficiency in charting with Epic, and valid licensure in Oregon.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a level III trauma center, telemetry experience, and familiarity with hospital interdisciplinary teams.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units within the scope of practice.
• Special Requirements: Must have a vehicle for this assignment. The clinician will be responsible for interpreting and managing telemetry, with a hard stop for telemetry management.
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics.
• Additional Unit Information: The unit benefits from interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, and pharmacy.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must include references covering one year within the last three years. Previous experience at a healthcare facility in a similar capacity is preferred.
• Scheduling and RTO: Must work three of the five holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). All specific scheduling requests should be included during submittal.
