Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in Winchester, Massachusetts. This role involves providing critical care in a specialized ICU setting, adhering to hospital protocols and delivering high-quality patient care. The position requires a proactive, dedicated HCP with relevant experience to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA); Massachusetts licensure; at least 2 years of experience in a similar ICU setting; no local candidates considered (50 miles or fewer); must be separated from the organization for 6 or more months to be eligible.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic health record systems such as EPIC; familiarity with ICU ratios of 1:2-3.
• Additional Information: BILH coversheet required at time of submission; BILH is a placeholder term for the organization.
