Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) nursing for a position in the Medical/Surgical floor in a healthcare facility located in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. The role involves providing patient care in a 40-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6, primarily during night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to contribute to quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, 2+ years of nursing experience, located in or willing to travel greater than 60 miles to the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience on a medical-surgical unit, strong clinical skills, ability to work well in a team.
• Additional Information: The nursing staff will care for adult patients with common diagnoses and treatments typical of a medical-surgical unit. The candidate should demonstrate a personality fit aligned with compassionate, patient-focused care. Dress code includes navy scrub attire; unacceptable attire should be avoided. The position is a replacement for a permanent staff member and open for submittals.
