Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry registered nurse for a temporary assignment in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing direct patient care on a day shift basis, with responsibilities spanning assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care for assigned patients. The Telemetry nurse will oversee staff delegation, support facility leadership to ensure high standards of care, and maintain clinical competency within the team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), one year of experience as a registered nurse, and work eligibility within the specified location in Detroit, Michigan.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience specifically in telemetry nursing, familiarity with unit protocols, and strong clinical judgment.
• Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for patient assessments, care planning, and supervision of clinical staff. The role requires a proactive approach to patient safety and quality assurance, with accountability to the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high standards of nursing care and resource management are met.
