Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) registered nurse position in Pleasanton, California. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a surgical setting, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective surgical procedures. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, preparing them for surgery, assisting during procedures, and ensuring proper post-operative care, all within the scope of practice and hospital policies.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; valid California address; at least 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating room nursing or surgical settings.
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for assisting with surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environments, monitoring patient status during surgery, and collaborating with surgical teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. The position requires effective communication and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
