Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Baldwin Park, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid registered nurse license in the state where care is provided.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
  • 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Certification as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias.
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certification.
• Additional Information:
  • This position requires adherence to the organizations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
  • All certifications must be current at the time of employment.
